Yoga

Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga class, a dynamic, energetic yoga style where we flow through movements guided by our breath. 

We also practice moving meditation where focus on our mind body connection, building heat in the body and focusing our attention in the present moment.

Ditch the workout and join the party. Zumba is a total-body workout that feels like a celebration, perfect for burning calories while having a blast.

Let’s workout, but remember: You need a Gym membership to join.  From heavy lifting to functional cardio, you have the freedom to hit your goals any time of day or night.
